I received my BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in January of 1970 and have a strong accounting & computer systems background as well.

I have over 28 years of experience in corporate America as a Business & Computer Systems Consultant, Business Manager & Corporate Executive and I am very comfortable working with people of all types and backgrounds.

I have over 50 Years of extensive area knowledge and experience as a four-season Northern Wisconsin vacationer and as a Vilas County lake home owner.

My wife & I now live year-round on Towanda Lake in the Town of Arbor Vitae, just a few minutes North of Minocqua / Woodruff, in a home we purchased in 1990.

I hold a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License and have been selling real estate in the Northwoods since 1999, averaging over $2.25 million in closed listings & sales each year.

I am also a trained and experienced Buyer's Agent.

I was the first agent in Northwoods MLS history to sell a million dollar single family residence.

My last 57 "on water" real estate transactions have been on 43 different bodies of water in 5 different Northern Wisconsin counties! I do know the area well!
